Belgium is represented by Manuel Ribeiro Bacelar. Manuel is one of the founding members of EAQOM. He has been working in the field of European mobility and vocational training for many years. He was active in the Intoquality project on behalf of the Belgian partner - Centre de Coordination et de Gestion des Programmes Européns , CCGPE - within the Ministry of Education of French-speaking Belgium.
